Inconel 625 has many unique properties such as it handles a wide range of temperatures from cryogenic to 1800 degree F., it provides ease of joining through all types of welding, resistance to oxidation and a wide range of corrosive elements, it has outstanding thermal fatigue strength and strength due to addition of niobium and molybdenum.

Alloy 625 has excellent welding and forming features. At the lower end of temperature finish hot working operations are performed. Inconel 625 Tubes is a chromium-nickel alloy with excellent resistance and strength to various corrosive media. The application typically include are rocket thrust chambers, spray bars, heat exchangers. Different stocks size ranges are for welded and seamless tubing like walls are 028-083 inch and the outer diameter is 188-1,500 inch and in welded tubing walls are .028-.100 and the outer diameter is .250-7 inch.
Seawater applications such as sheathing for undersea cables, offshore oil equipment, and morning cables used it for excelling. Because of Inconel 625 Tubes' excellent weldability, oxidation resistance, thermal-fatigue and fatigue strength, rupture strength, and high tensile strength which make it a useful material for heat exchanger tubing process, hydraulic and fuel line tubing, and engineer exhaust system this is widely used in the aerospace industry.
The key features of inconel 625 Tubes are high resistance to stress corrosion and dezincification, it is known for excellent oxidation resistance, seamless tubing has high-stress corrosion resistance, crevice, and high pitting resistance, the gas tube is very good resistance to corrosion fatigue, and exhaust tube strength retained up to 450 degree Celsius.
